To connect your Medsense Health Hub to WiFi you will....

  1. Enter the Hub Setup Screen using the Medsense Health App
  2. Enter your WiFI network name and password.
  3. Follow on screen instructions.

You will be prompted by the mobile app to scan the QR code located on the insert inside your sensor pack.

You will use the "Medications Portal" in the mobile app to add your medication and select the colored sensor you are going to attach to the medications container. For pill organizers, there is no color to select.

To attach sensors to you medications you will...

  1. Pull out the clear tab inside the sensor to turn it on
  2. Remove the sticker backing on the backside of the sensor
  3. Attach it to your medication container

To configure alerts and notifications that can help you better manage your medications, head to the "Notifications Portal."

To change the battery inside your sensor, follow the instructions located inside the Medsense Health Instructional Guide found inside your packaging or watch the video below.

To view your medication list, enter the "Medications Portal" from the Medsense Health mobile app home screen. 

To edit a medication if the regimen changed...

  1. Enter the Medications Portal
  2. Type the pencil icon
  3. Re-enter the medication regimen information
  4. Press "Update Medication"

To delete a medication...

  1. Enter the Medications Portal
  2. Swipe left on the medication you would like to delete
  3. Press delete

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 2 business days.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of being shipped and shipping takes 2-5 business days. 
We calculate the cost of shipping based upon the weight and package size of your order. 

We ship items out very soon after receiving orders. So if you need to change something regarding your order please email us as soon as possible:

  2. Write the subject as 'Changes'.
  3. Include your order number.
  4. Include the desired changes.
You can check your order status by way of the order confirmation number you received after checkout. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a follow up email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order. 

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email support@demostore.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

The Medsense Health Hub significantly improves user experience because it...

  1. Collects data from our sensors 24/7 without the use of a smart phone nearby.
  2. Connects with our sensors at distance up to 100 feet away.
  3. Continuously communicates with our sensors until it receives all the data ensuring that we never miss a tracking a dose.
  4. Allows for medication monitoring of non-technically savvy users or individuals who do not have smart phones.
  5. Can communicate with other devices in the home. 

If we didn't use a Hub you would have to open the app near your medications every time you wanted to track a dose!

Our sensors can connect to our Hub at distances up to 30 meters; however, we recommend that you place your Hub either in the same room or the room next door to your medications. 

Yes. If you do not have WiFi and are interested in using Medsense Health, please contact us at contact@medsense.health and we can refer you to a partner that can set you up with a WiFi hotspot. 

No. 

Colored sensors are for medication bottles, supplement bottles, inhalers, and eye droppers only. 

Pill organizer sensors are for pill organizers only. 

Our sensors have a diameter of 1 inch. We recommend using large or x-large sized pill organizers that have per day container width of at least 1 inch. 
There is no limit to the number of pill organizers you can have in a home. 

No. There is no limit to the number of users per household. 

 Each sensor has a unique identification number to avoid this problem.

We do recommend using separate accounts for each of the individuals in a household.

You can use your account to monitor both accounts. 

As many as you desire. There is no limit.  

When setting up a pill organizer, you will add all the medications that are inside the pill organizer sequentially.  Start with one the of the medications and enter the medication regimen information. When you press add, the system will ask you if you want to add another medication. Press yes and add the second medication and its corresponding information. Repeat this process until all the medications inside the pill organizer have been added to the system.
