What does this cost me?
For many patients, nothing. Many plans, including Medicare, cover the service. We confirm your coverage before you start and tell you up front if there’s a copay.
Do I need a smartphone or Wi-Fi?
No. Devices use built-in cellular and transmit readings automatically. A mobile app is optional, not required.
Is my data safe?
We’re HIPAA-aligned, and your data is shared only with your pharmacist and your prescriber.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can sign up directly. If your program needs a prescriber order, we coordinate that for you — with your existing doctor or one of ours.
Can I opt out?
Anytime. Email support@medsense.health and you’re unenrolled the same day.
