Program Data Collection

To enhance the view of patient wellbeing, we collect a variety of key metrics in our programs. Below are the categories currently tracked:

  • We record the location of where the patient is having pain, the severity, and other qualitative and quantitative measures

  • As part of the CAT assessment for COPD, we collect a variety of parameters that give insight into the patients fitness

  • Can the patient put their socks or shoes on? Are they getting out of breath and walking to the mailbox or up one flight of stairs?

  • Is the patient able to move around as expected? Is this getting better or worse with the prescribed therapy?

  • Is the range of motion of the affected joint improving?

  • Is the joint swelling improve with medication? Worse with activitiy?
