Chronic Pain Management

Build a Comprehensive Chronic Pain Management Program with Medsense Health

What is Chronic Pain Management?

New in 2023, Chronic Pain Management and Treatment Services are reimbursable clinical programs designed to help patients better manage their chronic pain through the development, implementation, revision, and/or maintenance of a patient-centered treatment plan. This includes strengths, goals, clinical needs, and desired outcomes; overall treatment management; facilitation and coordination of any necessary behavioral health treatment; medication management; pain and health literacy counseling; any necessary chronic pain-related crisis care; and ongoing communication and care coordination between relevant practitioners.

With Medsense Health, patients have a platform that monitors their pain levels, collects information about how they are responding to their pain medications, tracks common symptoms associated with their chronic condition responsible for their pain, sends medication alerts and reminders, and provides actional data to the patient’s provider than can be used to improve and monitor the care plan.

Chronic Pain Management and RTM are co-billable which means you can create a new revenue stream for your business while simultaneously improving patient care and outcomes.
