50 Patients in Two Weeks

Samantha Timmermann Dryer wasn't looking for more work. She was looking for a better version of the work she was already doing. Within two weeks of launching a clinical services program with Medsense, she had enrolled more than 50 patients.

Samantha Timmermann Dryer wasn't looking for more work. She was looking for a better version of the work she was already doing.

As owner of Comprehensive Care Pharmacy in Breese, Illinois, Samantha had watched clinical services come and go: programs that required new hires, new equipment contracts, months of setup, and a clinical infrastructure most independent pharmacies simply don't have.

Her experience of Medsense was different. Within two weeks of launching, she had enrolled more than 50 patients.

"If you want to bring your pharmacy to the next level of care, this is the easy button," she said. "Not easy in the sense of skipping the hard work, but it takes the logistics out of having to figure it all out yourself. Between finding a collaborative practice, managing devices, motivating a sales team, etc., it would have taken me six months to launch. Actually, it probably would have taken a year."

Here's the math that makes Samantha's two weeks matter: Medsense pays pharmacies $25 per enrolled patient per month:

  • 50 patients is $1,250 a month, recurring, with no upfront cost and no platform fee.

  • 100 patients is $30,000 a year.

And pharmacies aren't handling the heavy lifting: Medsense manages nearly everything, including: patient outreach, physician oversight, billing, and equipment. Pharmacies do a brief monthly check-in with the patient.

Most pharmacies are live within weeks of signing. Some go live in days.

What Samantha was describing isn't an outlier experience. It's what the model is designed to produce: fast time-to-value, low operational lift, and a revenue stream that grows as the patient panel does.
