Get started by filling out the free consultation form. Next, a call agent will give you a call to tell you more about the program, answer questions, and see if you may qualify for this program free of charge via your health insurance.

2. Personalized Setup Call

After the physician telehealth visit, you will be handed off to one of our trained medical assistants. They’ll take time to understand your current medication routine and preferences, so we can tailor our service - and hardware package - to fit your lifestyle from the start, without asking you to change how you already manage your medications.

4. Personalized & Quick Setup

We’ll walk you through equipment setup. Just plug in the hub - no Wi-Fi, no apps, no complicated tech. You’ll be set up in minutes.

5. Ongoing Support

Get reminders by phone call, text or mobile app  - whatever works best for you. And if you ever need help, our customer support team is just a phone call away.

3. Equipment Delivery

Insurance Coverage

Medication adherence support through our RTM program is covered under Medicaid and Medicare Part B, and for many patients, it comes at no out-of-pocket cost. During your initial consultation with the Medsense Health team, we’ll review your insurance and confirm your coverage, so you’ll know exactly what’s included before getting started.

  • Medsense uses small sensors that attach to medication containers and log whenever a dose is taken.  Patients receive medication reminders and monthly medication adherence check-in calls to ensure they get the most out of their medications and stay healthy.

  • Nothing will change with your medication routine. You will continue receiving and taking your medications exactly as you do today.

  • Our team of trained Medical Assistants will schedule a set-up call to personally walk you through the setup process. It's quick and easy, and we will ensure all of your questions are answered.

  • Many insurances, including Medicare, fully cover the service. We'll check your insurance ahead of enrollment to ensure you are covered.

  • Setup is quick and simple. You’ll receive a phone call from one of our Medical Assistants, and the entire process generally takes less than 15 minutes.

  • We will send you a dose reminder so you never have to worry about missing a dose. You choose how you want to receive it - text, phone call, or mobile app alert.

  • No worries!  You can continue to receive the service even if you change pharmacies

  • Yes! Our service works with multiple medications, including those that you take from the bottle, a pill organizer, or even strip or pouch packages.
